Three documents from the kit, in full.
Not extracts, not watermarked samples, not a first page with the rest behind a wall. These are the same files kit buyers receive, and you can judge the drafting from them before you pay for anything.
Where should we send them?
One email, all three documents. We send a confirmation first — open it and the links arrive. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam — or email hello@natrz.com and we will send the files directly.
We use your address to send the documents, notices when one of them is corrected, and occasional emails about natrz. No tracking pixels, no click tracking, and unsubscribe in one click. See the privacy stance.
Prefer not to give an email? The Company Records Index is readable in full on this site, and the Form 5472 explainer is open to everyone. The form is for the files, not the content.
Bank Resolution BR-US-001
The one-page resolution a bank asks for when you open a company account. Names the institution and the authorized signer, with authority to open and close accounts and to use online banking, ACH and wires.
Business and Operations Statement BSS-US-001
What the company does, in the order a compliance officer looks for it — nature of business, customers and suppliers and their countries, expected money movement. Records facts and asserts nothing about tax status or place of business.
Company Records Index CRI-US-001
The core records a single-member US LLC should hold, in one list — including the documents that come from the state, the IRS and your registered agent. Tick what you have, note where it is, and see what is missing.
All three are complete documents — not extracts, not watermarked samples — under the same license as the paid ones: use them for any number of US LLCs you own or control, but do not resell or republish them. They stay in their place in the kit as well, so a buyer is not paying twice for what they already have.
Why these three
The Bank Resolution and the operations statement stand on their own. Neither refers to the operating agreement, so both are complete and usable without owning anything else. Most of the kit is not like that: the declaration of distribution runs off the agreement’s own clauses, the fee addenda run off the services agreement, the written consent attaches the agreement as an exhibit. Giving those away would hand you a document that points at one you do not have.
The records index is free for a different reason. It is not a record — it is the map of the record set, and it lists the core records, including the ones natrz does not sell. Work down it and you find the gaps in your own file. That is more useful than anything we could write about why the kit is worth buying, and it is useful whether you buy or not.
Form 5472, explained
The filing that can apply to a foreign-owned US LLC even in a year it earned nothing — what triggers it, when it is due, how it has to be sent, and what to hand your accountant. No email, no download.
Template only. Not legal or tax advice. US attorney and tax review recommended.
