When you can cancel, and when we refund.

These are digital files. You can cancel and have a full refund at any time before you download them — email hello@natrz.com and we will ask Polar, our merchant of record, to cancel the order. Refunds are issued by Polar under its Buyer Terms.

Once the files have been made available to you, we will replace any file that is corrupted, incomplete, faulty, or does not match its description, and, if we cannot supply a working replacement, ask Polar to refund you in full within 30 days of purchase.

A disagreement with a drafting choice, a clause, or the legal approach taken is not by itself a fault in the document.

A change of mind once you hold the files is not a ground for a refund. Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law.

Where this comes from

This page states the same position as the Terms of Service in plainer words. The Terms are the document that governs; if the two ever differ, the Terms are what applies and we have made a mistake here that we would like to know about.
