What we cannot help with

natrz sells document templates. We do not form companies, act as your registered agent, or file anything on your behalf, and we do not give legal or tax advice. That is a limit on what we are allowed to do, not a matter of willingness.

So we cannot tell you which clause to choose for your circumstances, whether a filing applies to you, how to complete a form, what a payment means for your tax position, or whether a particular account is reportable. Those are questions for a US attorney or a qualified accountant, and the documents are what you bring to them.

If you write in with one of those, expect a short reply saying so. It is not a brush-off — answering would be worse than not answering.

Before you write
